Registered Clinical Counsellor

Lisa brings a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to her work with clients. She values creating a safe and supportive space where people feel comfortable exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful change.

She has experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, relationship challenges, and parenting concerns. Lisa also works with parents navigating behavioural challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, co-parenting stress, and the complexities of raising children and adolescents in today’s digital world.

Her work draws on approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused Therapy, which she tailors to each client’s unique needs.

Lisa holds a Master’s in Education with an emphasis in Psychology from Pepperdine University and is currently completing her PsyD. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and an approved clinical supervisor. She is also approved by the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) as a mental health service provider.

Registered Clinical Counsellor 

Tasha has a Master’s of Educational Psychology in Special Education and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor. She has 24 years of experience in direct counselling and/or acting as a case manager for elementary, middle, and high school students. Tasha also works with adults, couples, and families. Tasha’s preferred counselling style is a mix of Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Strength-Based Therapies. Her specialization is working with people with ADHD, learning disabilities and/or have family members with disabilities, as well as individuals struggling with a multitude of concerns; some of which include anxiety, stress, motivation, attention, depression, trauma, grief, difficulty with transitions, OCD, perfectionism, healthy relationships and self-esteem. Tasha is an active volunteer in her community with a variety of sports associations as well as the Victoria Sexual Assault Centre.

Tasha is approved by the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) as a mental health service provider.

Registered Clinical Counsellor 

Jorina works with children (ages 6+), teens, and young adults and warmly welcomes neurodivergent clients. She holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Health and Social Psychology from Maastricht University, and brings over seven years of experience in psychological assessments, including psycho-educational, ADHD, autism, and social-emotional evaluations.

Her background provides a strong understanding of how anxiety, depression, learning differences, and neurodivergence can show up in everyday life.

In sessions, Jorina aims to create a safe, collaborative, and flexible space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Depending on the client’s age and needs, sessions may include conversation, creative activities, games, or gentle body-based check-ins.

She currently offers individual therapy (virtual or in-person), with parent consultations when working with children.

Registered Clinical Counsellor

Eric is a counsellor with over 30 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families in educational settings across Canada and internationally. Eric brings a warm, respectful, and inclusive approach to his counselling work.

He supports clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, grief and loss, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship issues. Drawing on his background in education and the arts, Eric creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, accepted, and empowered to grow.

Eric works from a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive perspective and welcomes clients from all walks of life, including LGBTQ+ individuals and families. He is based in Sidney, BC, and offers both in-person and virtual sessions.
